
Goalkeepers of Silver Gloves Soccer Academy were invited to participate at the 1st Annual CMSA Coaching Symposium's "Working with Advanced Goalkeepers - on Field" Seminar with Tony Waiters. Tony Waiters is a former England International football goalkeeper and Canadian National Football Team Head Coach (Manager). He was inducted into the Canadian Soccer Hall of Fame as a builder in 2001 and remains a National Staff Coach of US Soccer. Tony Waiters continues to coach children and young adults, helping them pursue their soccer goals and molding players for the future.

Sean Fleming, the Canadian Soccer Association National Staff Coach and Community Coaching Development including Long Term Player Development Committee in Canada; and

Sylvie Béliveau, the Technical Director of the Richelieu Yamaska District and has successfully coached team at all levels from clubs, to college, university, provincial and national levels.

Following the demonstrations, the Goalkeepers received numerous positive feedbacks from Tony, the trainers and other coaches, reinforcing their technical and tactical training through Silver Gloves Soccer Academy. The seminar was excellent and a great experience for the goalkeepers too!
